I was helping a close friend off to pick up his car after getting his key fob programmed to it.
I watch this guy on YouTube often. I’ve driven by his shop but haven’t stopped by. All the content he does is entertaining and hilarious (I mean sometimes you gotta laugh at what’s wrong with a vehicle) I would totally take my vehicle to him. Seems super legit.
Professional and quick. I have never had a bad experience taking any of my vehicles to AutoTech Mikes. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop.
We were in a minor accident in the area and my insurance would only tow 10 miles , so we had it towed to this shop . I live an hr and a half away from there . The vehicle ended up needing a radiator that was going to cost $842 . This shop has no special financing so I chose to tow to another shop that does . So when the tow truck comes to take the car , they throw all of the parts they took off , on top on my engine , and let the tow truck haul it away ! When the new shop receives my vehicle , there is a part missing ! I call this shop back , and BRAD proceeds to tell me that , yes , he has the part in his hands …. He did apologize saying that he wasn’t there when they picked up the car but he would take the part himself to the new shop, so they could proceed with repairing it . He never did and they NEVER ANSWERED MY CALLS AGAIN !! We had to drive an hr and half there to pick up the part and take it ourselves . You have no idea of the inconvenience we entailed over that entire week of transportation to work ! It could have easily been a days work but with your lack of professionalism made it so much longer . Bad business !
They were on the ball. Kept me in the loop and had my truck done sooner than I had thought. Will be my new place to go when I need work done.
Had to update from 5 stars to two. Called for a rear main front seal on an Escalade. Unfortunately when got home and had to change my oil pan came to find out shortcuts where made things cut to make labor faster but still was charged by book also had main front seal done way over charged to only change rubber seal I was under impression was getting timing cover and seal done together rear main was done found oil leak on my pan somone tried to tighten them to stop leak I believe the two rear main cover bolts where over tighten cuasing them to strip at that point it should have been fixed and not bolted up and sent on the way pretty disappointed by watching videos didn't expect this at all now I will spend my weekend pulling trans to see if my rear housing even got changed
Called for a rear main front seal on a Escalade. where They were able to get me in quickly Helped me find another leak on the oil pan .... . Thanks again , guys , for your help and for communicating with me during working the on it. I appreciate it .
Went in to have my brakes done, was able to to get in quickly and the work was done quick as well. Always thankful to have an honest and reasonably priced place nearby.
